Does this camera support 5GHz WiFi?
Currently, it only supports 2.4GHz WiFi connections and does not support the 5GHz band. The 2.4GHz WiFi has stronger signal penetration and a wider coverage range.
Is this camera wireless?
The camera needs to be connected to the E27 port for power and a wireless network connection via 2.4GHz Wi-F
Does it support local storage using a MicroSD card?
The camera supports up to 512GB MicroSD cards, which must be purchased separately.The SD card slot is located under the waterproof cover on top of the lens. Insert the card as instructed and disconnect the power before operation.
How do I reset the camera?
The reset button is located on top of the camera lens. Open the waterproof cover by tilting the lens downward. To reset, press and hold the button for 6 seconds while the camera is powered on.
Is it mandatory to subscribe to the cloud storage service?
Subscribing to the cloud storage service is not mandatory; you can use an MicroSD card for recording. However, please note that if you have neither cloud storage nor an MicroSD card, you will not be able to save recordings.
